Production steps:

2. The colloid mill of emulsification equipment must be heated to above 100 ℃ before production.
3. Start the colloid mill of the emulsification equipment, first turn on the soap liquid pump (emulsion) pump, so that the saponified liquid (emulsion) is discharged about 1 minute after the colloid mill is discharged, and then start the asphalt pump for production.
4. After the production is completed, first stop the asphalt pump, rinse the colloid mill with soap liquid (emulsion) for about 1 minute, and then stop the soap liquid pump (emulsion) pump.
